Quick view of requirements
- Banner must be delivered in size for newsletter
- If the materials are delivered as open data, we only accept PSD format
- Other formats (e.g. AI, INDD) are not accepted
- Layers and texts in PSD files must be fully editable
- Color Mode RGB
Options for delivering documents
There are two options for delivering graphic materials:
- Delivery of an editable PSD file in the dimensions of the entire banner. Please do not add any button or extensive texts. (Required if editing is needed)
- Delivery of complete exports by the partner is recommended to be prepared in accordance with the manual’s guidelines and with localizations for each country if contains texts.
In all cases, it is necessary to keep the minimum font, none or minimal length of the text with all localizations, no buttons and correct file format; documents that do not meet these criteria will be returned for re-editing.

Dimensions and format
General information
- Our graphic designers only edit the text part. All graphic adjustments are made by the partner.
- If the banner includes text, it must be provided and localized for each country by the partner.

We have prepared an example of banners in PSD format for download. You can use the file as
a template or it can serve as a demonstration of how the banner will look after our modification.

Text sizes
Our default font is Roboto typeface family.
In case of using your own font, it is necessary to provide the font file (.ttf, .otf) together with the banner data.
Warning
The font provided must have an appropriate license and the partner is obliged to grant us the right to use it. If this is not the case, we offer the use of our internal font Roboto.

Adding elements to graphics
We offer the option to insert a circle label on partner banners.
Note
This is only possible on the condition that the gifts or products are already included in the graphics provided by the partner.

A simple background featuring the logo.
A simple background that does not interfere with the readability of the text or the label.
A simple background that does not interfere with text readability and is provided with all required localizations for each country.

Previews of banners that do not meet the criteria.
Text sizes smaller than the minimum reduce readability, and the graphic part contains extensive text (we will not localize the pink highlighted text)
The text interferes with the graphic part, affecting its readability, and it includes a specific discount or price (we will not localize the pink area).
The graphic part includes standard copy with a button, which should appear below the banner in the copy provided by Notino.
